Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all professional services provided by Dream Designs Agency ("we", "us", "our"). It covers website design, development, SEO, hosting, social media, advertising management, and related digital services. This is not a retail product return policy.

Deposits

Project deposits secure your place in our schedule and cover initial discovery, planning, and resource allocation. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work begins, we may refund the deposit minus any administrative or third-party costs already incurred.

Website design deposits are non-refundable once design, development, or agreed project milestones have started.

Work Already Completed

Fees for work that has already been completed, delivered, or approved at any milestone are non-refundable. This includes completed design concepts, development sprints, audit reports, content created, configuration work, and any time logged against your project.

Client Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an active project, you must notify us in writing by email. You remain liable for:

  • All work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any non-refundable third-party costs we have committed on your behalf
  • The deposit or minimum project fee stated in your proposal or contract

Any unused prepaid balance may be credited toward future services at our discretion, but cash refunds are not guaranteed for partial project completion.

Project Abandonment

A project may be considered abandoned if we cannot reach you for 30 consecutive days despite reasonable attempts to contact you, or if you fail to provide required feedback, assets, or approvals within agreed timeframes. In such cases:

  • Work completed to date remains billable and non-refundable
  • We may pause or close the project and release the schedule slot
  • Deposits and fees paid are not refunded for abandoned projects

Monthly Marketing Packages

Ongoing monthly marketing, SEO, social media management, and retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the notice period remain payable. Work delivered during the notice period is non-refundable.

Fixed-price introductory packages (such as our one-off offer pages) are separate from monthly retainers. Retainer terms are confirmed in your service agreement before billing begins.

Advertising Spend

Budget paid directly to third-party advertising platforms (including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and similar) is non-refundable by Dream Designs Agency. Platform policies govern any credits or refunds from the ad network itself. Management fees for campaigns already run are also non-refundable.

Revision Limits

Each project or package includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your proposal or on the relevant service or offer page. Additional revisions beyond the included allowance are billed at our standard hourly or day rate. Revision requests must be consolidated and submitted in writing; repeated scope changes may require a new quote.

Digital Deliverables

Digital deliverables, including website files, design assets, reports, login credentials, source code, and exported content, are non-returnable once delivered or made accessible to you. Because digital goods cannot be "returned", refunds are not available after delivery except where required by applicable UK consumer law for eligible distance contracts.
