Real projects, start to finish
No ticket queue to disappear into. You will own work from the first conversation with a client through to launch and aftercare.
A modern stack, kept current
Next.js, React, TypeScript and Go, on our own infrastructure. We upgrade deliberately and we do not carry legacy platforms we cannot fix.
Craft over volume
Every site is custom coded and audited for speed, accessibility and security before it ships. We would rather do fewer projects properly.
Local and flexible
We are based in Southampton and work across Hampshire. Hybrid and remote arrangements are open to discussion for the right person.

Send your CV and a short cover letter through the form on the role you want. You will get an email confirming it arrived.
First reply
We read every application ourselves. You will hear back either way, usually within five working days.
A conversation
A relaxed call to talk through your experience, what you want next, and what the role actually involves day to day.
A practical task
A short, paid piece of work that looks like the real job. No unpaid spec work and no whiteboard puzzles.
Offer
If it is a fit on both sides we make an offer, with the salary and terms exactly as advertised.

How do I apply for a job at Dream Designs Agency?

Do you accept speculative applications?
We only accept applications against a role that is currently open. If nothing here suits you today, get in touch through our contact page and tell us what you do. We will keep you in mind when something opens up.
Where are the jobs based?
Our studio is in Southampton, Hampshire. Each role says whether it is on site, hybrid or fully remote, and remote roles are open to applicants across the United Kingdom.
Do you offer apprenticeships or junior roles?
Yes, when we have capacity to train properly. Junior and apprenticeship roles are advertised on this page in exactly the same way as senior ones, so it is worth checking back.
How long will you keep my CV?
Your application and CV are stored securely and deleted automatically twelve months after you apply. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by emailing us.
Will I hear back if I am unsuccessful?
Yes. Every applicant gets a reply, whether or not we take things further. We have both been on the other side of a silent inbox.
